This Saturday, December 17 at 12 P.M. (AEDT – Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time), join us for a free 30-minute, interactive workout!
In this workout, we’ll be performing some low-intensity stretch, mobility, breathing, and strengthening drills. Every skill level and capability is welcome. All you will need is some floor space and a chair, bed, couch, or coffee table!
Since it is interactive, provided you have a Google account to chat in the YouTube stream, you will be able to let us know what you can and can’t do. This will also allow every participant to shape the workout, along with including things so that everyone gets to move, learn, and have some fun.
